very pleasant and likeable man. explained the procedure and did not rush the consultation.
I was feeling apprehensive prior to my procedure being carried out; however upon meeting Dr. Williams I immediately felt reassured by his friendly but professional manner. Dr. Williams informed me fully of what the procedure entailed and asked if I had any questions.
During the surgery Dr. Williams kept me fully informed of each step of the procedure, and I felt complete confidence in his skill and ability.
I was also impressed by Dr. Williams' interaction with the nursing team, who between them kept the atmosphere friendly, kind and relaxed, whilst still reassuring.
Overall a very positive experience.
Mr Williams was very polite and informative he took time to listen to my questions and answered them all proffesionlly and in such terms that i fully undersood him , this is the fisrt time i have met him , i have been attending this clinic for 5 years now and he put me at ease instantly .
Care was excellent from the receptionist through to the surgery. I was put completely at ease, initially by the nurse, then by Dr Williams. I have full confidence in his ability and could not have had better treatment.
I was put at ease, he had obviously read my records as knew about previous treatment 18 months earlier. Full explanation given of treatment to receive this time, what to expect, problems that could occur in the future. Success rate etc.
